  1. By my opinion unique 100% efficient thing is to change habits. Mean "Breakfast as a Cesar, lunch as a king and evening dinner as a homeless" Because all the things you eat in the morning-even 1000 calories you'll spend but in the evening whatever you eat you'll go to the bad after that..
